I was out hunting, (Yes, I hunt also, I hope that doesnt offend anyone,) and I had my camera with me. I spotted a cute little bird and got a photo. I dont know what it is. I went through my field guide and couldnt find it.

Any idea what it is?

Not trying to argue, but it does not look like a starling to me. If you're right, then I've learned something.

Yours is in winter plumage, hence all the white spots,
