Another couple from this afternoon. The first is probably not identifable, maybe a buzzard? The second I think a migrating Marsh Harrier ?

You're right with the second, a Marsh Harrier.
The first one is interesting. Doesn't seem to be a Buzzard, looks somewhat eaglish....

For me they are all Marsh Harrier. IN the first 2 photo you can see yellowlegs, and especially in the first the silhouette is typical for marsh
