No expert, but think Tennessee, based on the dark eye line and the dark tail with white under tail covers.

I really don't know what it is, but on my monitor I am not seeing either a dark eye-line or white under tail coverts. The large bill also makes me think it is not any kind of Vermivora.

Overall appearance suggests a juvenile Tennessee - albeit a very wet one...

One more who cannot see white on the undertail coverts, that area might be the most yellow part of the underside.

Think you have it.
The tail is longer than that of a Tennessee and there is more of a yellowish tinge. Orange Crowned also has a faint eye line, as is clearly visible in two of the photos.

Tennessee Warblers in fall can look yellow through the undertail coverts, and this bird shows face pattern (eyeline and supercilium), short tail, lack of olive tones, lack of breast streaks, and lack of eye arcs of Tennessee Warbler.
