Big Sparrow? (1 Viewer)

Hi everyone, I need some help identifying this little bird. The photo was taken at Pokegon State Park in Indiana on May 19th. I would say this bird is slightly smaller than a robin and lager than sparrows I'm familiar with. The lily pad leaves are about 6" wide.

Thanks very much! It was driving me crazy. I suppose I should have checked that out given the large numbers of RWBB in the area.
