Long shot, but any chance this terrible photo is a Ridgway's Rough-Winged Swallow? Uxmal, Mexico in April 2015.

As far as I'm aware you need an extremely good view of the undertail coverts or lores to separate Ridgeway's from Northern Rough-winged! You'd have to push me to go further than hirundine sp on this shot.

I'd also accept 'rough-winged swallow sp.', that'd be close enough for me

Most of the hirundines at the site were Cave swallow, but the underside pattern of this one didnt look right to me?

You can make a pic like that into pretty much whatever you like.
