Long shot, but any chance this terrible photo is a Ridgway's Rough-Winged Swallow? Uxmal, Mexico in April 2015.

As far as I'm aware you need an extremely good view of the undertail coverts or lores to separate Ridgeway's from Northern Rough-winged! You'd have to push me to go further than hirundine sp on this shot.
 
I'd also accept 'rough-winged swallow sp.', that'd be close enough for me ;)

Most of the hirundines at the site were Cave swallow, but the underside pattern of this one didnt look right to me?
