It's not a Daurian Jackdaw. The angle makes it look weird, but I guess it's a Magpie (Pica pica), a rather short-tailed one.

Yeah, I wasn't convinced, bill shape is off for Jackdaw, should have checked a book and Magpie never entered my head!

The real question is which ssp., or species of Magpie this is, given recent splits. According to IOC, this should be a Black-rumped Magpie Pica bottanensis (formerly included in Pica pica).
