These for confirmation/id please. Any help would be appreciated.

1. Inocybe? in pine woodland
2. Amanita vaginata?
3. In mixed woodland with silver birch, beech and pine
4. Gills of number 3.
5. On grassland with moss

Hi Dave,

1 - I think you're right with the genus. Don't suppose you pulled one up? I ask because it kinda reminds me of I.calamistrata (though the cap scales are usually more erect). This species always has a bright blue stem base.

2 - Yeah maybe A.vaginata, but why not A.ceciliae which has grey veil patches on the cap and is a bit chunkier in my experience?

3 - Parasola (=Psathyrella) conopilus

4 - Lacrymaria lacrymabunda for sure.

There was one of those inocybe upturned a few feet further down the track and this did have a darker blueish/black stem base but i suppose it could have been darker if it was exposed to the elements?

I hadn't considered A.ceciliae so thanks for that pointer.
