Looking for advice as an out-of-area birder. Do little owls still show from the hide at Abbey Farm in Flitcham? I think I heard that they had moved from the "usual" tree last year. Any advice very welcome!

We were there some weeks ago and were told by a regular that they hadn't been seen for some months. He thought they'd moved on.

That's what I was told as well Sandra when I was there over the New Year.

We were there on 16th Feb and saw a pair on the dead oak in the field behind the pond (is that the usual tree?). Excellent showings.
