Suggestion for budget DSLR (1 Viewer)

Suggestion for budget DSLR?

So back in the day I had a canon 550D with a 400mm 5.6l canon lenses which was great! But since then I’ve sold everything and now I’m back on the scene, don’t have much cash to be fair like I did back then so I’ve got myself a spotting scope, and a decent tripod, thinking about a DSLR now, I’ve looked up the 550d and the 7d and both are reasonably priced! Just wondering if there’s anything else out there which I could start off digiscoping with?

Thanks for any help
