Probably a juvenile warbler, looking pretty messy.

My main thought is a Nashville Warbler because of the grayish head, yellow throat and something that looks like an eyering.

But what confuses me is the beak which seems too long.

Could it be something like a juvenile Mourning Warbler?

Seen August 6, 2018 in Eastern Manitoba, Canada.
