Another Fungi For Id Please (1 Viewer)

This is Lacrymaria lacrymabunda again, all grown up this time. Note the felty cap texture, strong veil and dark droplets on the gills which give it the common name 'Weeping Widow'. It can easily be distinguished from most Psathyrella species because it has nice warty spores.

For some reason, this species quite likes compacted soil and can often be found growing right in the middle of well-trodden paths....
