Both pics same bird. South Houston, TX...Texas Coast.

I'll be interested to see what the consensus will be on this but it doesn't strike me as either an orange-crowned of a palm warbler. Perhaps one of the Oporonis sp. ?MacGillivray's?

I am liking the way MacGillivray is resembling mine. Waiting on more chiming in.
