semi collared flycatcher or collared ?!?! (1 Viewer)

Hi all .... if you please ... this flycatcher seen today in Kuwait .... at first looks semi collared flycatcher .... but then the white collar seems to look larger ... tell me what do you think guys

Semi-collared - black nape, not enough white on lower back, median covert tips white, forming a bar, small forehead patch, tail pattern.

Collared usually pass through western Saudi Arabia in April, so follow a different route. I think there's just one Kuwaiti record in April.
