The eyecups on my Zeiss conquest hd 10x32 are broken and I have been waiting on replacement eyecups for 5 months. Anyone else waiting like me and can I buy some somewhere? I don’t need the extended version just the normal eyecups.

I suppose you could use some O-rings for the right position, or some black electrical tape.

Call Zeiss again. I just ordered some and got them in a week. They probably misplaced your order

Something's wrong. Last year, I emailed a request for replacement eyecups for my Victory FL 8x42. I received a reply within an hour and the eyecups the same week.

I know you're in the US, but you could try contacting Zeiss in the UK, or Gary at East Coast Binocular Repairs in the UK (Zeiss's authorised repairer - and poster on these forums) and see if he is able to assist you...
