Short video: Violet-fronted Brilliant. with bat detector audio. (1 Viewer)

I wanted to share this and plug my youtube channel at the same time.

I recorded the audio using a bat detector, feathers rubbing together put out a lot of ultrasonic noise. I am going to work on this technique, hopefully to learn more about hummingbird calls. A few of the species here call while they feed which should be really interesting.

If you like this sort of thing please subscribe or follow me on twitter so you know when I upload another video.
The channel is called Biodiversity Shorts. I make short nature documentaries on all types of life.

Here are my other bird related videos that I have made, these ones are full length episodes.
