I would like to have your idea about the identification of this sound.
I've recorded when it was among the branches of shurbs.

I can't hear a Rock Bunting here, though maybe possible for one to make this sound - certainly not typical. I was scratching my head and can't think of an alternative. Its well out of range but Palestine Sunbird sounds a bit similar. https://www.xeno-canto.org/466119

The Palestine Sunbird doesn't exist in Iran and the best mention can be Radde's Accentor which I found it here At this time of year.
