Is this a Garden Spider? Taken last week in Woking, Surrey. Thank you for any reply in advance.

A.d. very probably although I wouldn't rule out A. marmoreus either. In fact, I suspect it may be the latter because the very contrasting leg annulations, and the markings on the side of the abdomen look more like the marbling of A.m. but I'm not sure. Their epigynes are very similar so that doesn't help.
