Ringed Plover. Note the two toned beak, orangy legs and 'dumpy' appearance.

Agreed Ringed Plover. Two tone orange black bill is clearly visible when you wack up the contrast and colour.

Another for Ringed. LRP's bill is all dark and pointier, the supercillium is long and continues as a white line across the head, has paler legs and looks longer and slimmer at the tail end.
