Definitely chaffinch.That twig in front of the beak in the first pic made it look a bit hawfinchy, that's my excuse anyway!

Definitely Chaffinch :t:

Brambling has a more orangey (less pinkish) upper breast, and white lower breast where the Chaffy continues pinkish.
