I posted earlier this year that I sent my 8x25 Terra in for repair [mid May] they said they would be replacing the unit instead of repairing....but said they had none in stock so I would have to wait for a shipment to come in....well finally in mid December they notified me that they didn't expect the next shipment to show up until the end of February 2018...so they offered me a 10x25 Terra if that would be OK ...or I would have to wait until February....I took the 10x...it arrived earlier today....and everything works fine...Should also mention that the whole time the customer service personnel were always helpful and pleasant........ .so better late than never....:smoke:
