This caterpillar fell from Ivy growing on a wall this morning. Help with an ID would be very much appreciated.

Thank you very much for the ID Paul!

I had looked through my Chris Manley British Moths and Butterflies guide and also online and wondered if it were Old Lady but as I find Moths and Caterpillars as hard as Gulls to ID thought I would ask those more in the know!
