Hi Toonman,
It's an escaped African exotic, a Turaco species. Because your images are so small I can't be sure but it looks like a White-cheeked Turaco, an East African species due to the white markings, red bill, dark crest etc. Mmmmm wonder where that's jumped from? - http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2535/3769265935_7120cef036.jpg
