Field guide: Rio - Teresopolis

Friends,

Would you be kind enough to give me a top three or two of field guides for south east brazil? From Rio through Teresopolis?

The WCS guide that dacol mentioned is the only option realistically. It is a modern English language guide with good art, maps, and descriptions.

On the other hand, if you really plan to wander no further afield than the Serra dos Órgãos, then this guide might be all that you need: https://www.irmaosmello.com.br/livro

Unfortunately, the text in red informs that there are only a few copies left and these are all held at REGUA.

But, the Ridgely et al. guide is, as Dalcio and Josh have said, the best there is to the (much) wider region.
