Meopta S2 82 HD with Olympus tough-3 (1 Viewer)

Binoseeker

Mostly using spectacles (myopic) with binoculars.
Hi,

Here is a photo taken with my Olympus tough-3 zoomed in at 4x through the Meopta S2 82 HD scope zoomed in at 60X. I had to re-size the image to upload it.
The camera manual info on the objective: 4.5 – 18 mm, f2.0 – 4.9, so 4x optical zoom equals 18mm objective. Equals 25mm - 100 mm on a 35 mm-film (full format).
A line pair is 2x 0.005 = 0.01 inch and approx 2 * 2.9 = 5.8 arcsec at this distance.

The test chart, 10 m distance indoors and poor lighting are the same used in my other test with the Opticron booster 2.5x. http://www.birdforum.net/showpost.php?p=3136794&postcount=10

Any comments on the result…good or bad ?

Anders
