Is the smaller one of the two a common seal?

It has a tag on the left back flipper

I must admit the Common Seral looked so small that I checked quite a lot of photos of Ringed Seal and thought perhaps I should fuel up the twitchmobile: but it looks Common-like to me. That's a big ol' Grey Seal with it!
