Is the Alagoas Foliage-gleaner extinct? (1 Viewer)

If the recent fears will be confirmed it will be the first extinction of a passerine since the Po-ouli in 2004.

The last reliable sighting was in 2011

Sad to hear that many birds from the Atlantic rainforest in Brazil will die out without making big headlines. In particular for the Pernambuco pigmy owl I had the hope to see a photograph anytime.
