Hi, here I have pictures some phulloscopus with evident (IMO) bright wing bar.
It probably excludes the willow warbler - or not ?

It looks like Greenish to me from what can be seen. It would be helpful to know more precisely when and where the picture was taken.

8th April would be very early for Greenish in Poland, they don't return to their breeding areas until 1st week of June - location would certainly help, I only know of 5-7 pairs in the east.

Odd looking bird!...the only comment I would make is that....the bill looks relatively small and “spikey?”

If there really is a wingbar (I'm not convinced there is, might be strangely ruffled feathers I think) then it is a median coverts bar... for me it looks like a classic Willow Warbler. Way too early für Greenish

Thank you for all the comments; let's forget about the wingbar for a moment - what about other features like eyestrip, supercillium, undertail coverts, sides, breast, ear covers, wing, tail length, etc.? I am sending some additional photos.

I'm with Roland, it's a Willow warbler.
