Seems to be dead? Anyone know what's happened to it, is it just temporary, or permanently gone?

I just get this when going to the site:
Warning: require_once(DB.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/sites/o/orientalbirdimages.org/public_html/obc_acc/db_access.inc.php on line 9

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'DB.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php-5.6.37-flock/lib/php') in /var/sites/o/orientalbirdimages.org/public_html/obc_acc/db_access.inc.php on line 9

orientalbirdclub.org:
OrientalBirdimages.org we apologise that our siter website with images of the region's birdlife has been offline since 3rd February 2020. Unfortunately the website hosts made software changes without the Club's prior knowledge. We are striving to overcome the resulting techincal difficulties and hope to be back online soon.

I am guessing PHP version update. It may be difficult to fix, because some changes are needed for the web site software.
