● in the subspecies Galerida cristata festae HARTERT 1922 (here) as "Galerida cristata festæ" a k a "Cyrenaica Crested Lark"
Born 11th of August 1868, in Moncalieri, Turin (Torino), Italy … and he died, at the same place, on the 30th of September 1939.

= the Italian naturalist Enrico Luigi Festa (1868–1939)Named after Dr. E. Festa, the traveller in many lands, who, with the exception of Dodson, who collected for Mr. Whitaker along the coast of south-western Cyrenaica on his journey from Murzah to Bengasi, was the first to attempt the ornithological exploration of Cyrenaica.
