Ok, I got the answer for that one, but I didn't get there by myself... I just realized these photos are the same you posted on your other thread... :king:
Thus... this should be a Tree Swallow :t:
It was indeed really difficult because it lacked diagnostic features (imo). That was the same problem with some of the previous photos posted, most notably the gull posted by Nutcracker o:Do:D In fact that could be any gull, or many other species, because of the lack of diagnostic features (but these can be difficult to detect and inconspicuous details) o:D 3:)
