Taken from video last week in Rockingham, WA. Knot or Great Knot? Any help gratefully received.

That was my thought too looking at the wings extending beyond the tail in particular. What else gives it away?

Longer, heavier bill; and being almost as large as a Gordian Knot :t:

As well as the subtle differences in shape, the extensive dark streaking on the flanks is a good feature.

Late to the party but this looks better for a Red Knot, likely the same bird as in the other thread. Key features are the shorter bill and the more evenly grey upperparts as John has mentioned, also useful are the chevrons on the lower flanks. The black patterning on the chest is somewhat atypical for Red but is not unknown. Somewhat atypical of Great also usually more splotchy dark marks in that area, but can show similar streaks

As in the other thread, bill is actually rather too short for a Great, and lacking slight downcurve
