Does anyone know where to get replacement rubber eyecups and bottom covers for Nikon Fieldscope DC eyepieces?

This one I have only has the main cover, not the rubber one with the hole to view through. Also did not have the small plastic thing to cover the threaded side of the eyepiece when it was removed.

Write to Nikon, they usually send them free in the post, at least in the UK

You could also try ebay though be careful not to end up with poor, Chinese fakes.
