Hi, I took this photo in Singapore yesterday, can advise what type of Warbler? Thanks a lot in advance

Lower mandible too dark, should be fully pale on ECW. I'd think more of one of the Arctic group.

Yes, although the bill looks long, it has that dark mark on the lower mandible and the vent isn't contrasting yellow, so I would also go for Arctic.
