Meopro HD compare to Meostar S2 (1 Viewer)

Has anybody compare the Meopro HD to the Meostar S2? I was wondering if there is a big difference in image quality and sharpness, and if it is worth the extra $700 to go with the S2?

I recently bought a Leupold SX-4 HD at a good price, but am dissatisfied with the quality. I noticed only a little more sharpness when comparing to my dads 40 year old Fuji.
