Black-Chinned Hummingbird? (1 Viewer)

HI everyone! Posting this for a friend; he took this video in Guatemala this week; his ID is Black-Chinned Hummingbird and he would like confirmation, since they are not reported in Guatemala. Can Black-Chinned be confirmed and Ruby-Throated (winter visitors here) be ruled out?

This is a really difficult call, but I think they're both Ruby-throated. The juvenile female's bill is definitely too short for Black-chinned, and the male's appears to be as well. Also, the male's tail seems a bit too long. Sorry to be a wet blanket!
