Totally stuck with this one. I've trawled through the OBC site and don't seem to be getting anywhere.
Very distinctive large downcurved bill. Image 1 is by far the best, the rest are very poor quality and are attached just in case they provide some useful additional markings. Pics taken in pouring rain on a very dull afternoon. Focussing was a real challenge on such a nimble mover!
Once again, I'd be very grateful of some help with ID.
