Dusky Flycatcher? Reno NV USA 12/25/18 (1 Viewer)

Hi, We just put up a feeder that we filled with a dry nutty suet and managed to attract this new bird. It is out of season for a Dusky Flycatcher but I can't figure out what else it could be. We live at high elevation (1 mile) near the tree line of the Sierra Nevada. Any suggestions? Thanks.
