First time I came across the name as a kid, my mind rationalised it as 'Tenglemam'

With SE winds over the next couple of days it doesn't seem too unlikely that some might find their way across the North Sea.

Easterlies predicted from this Friday night through to next Friday - a whole week of them. Coming out of Denmark and Low Countries. Initially, light winds but with rain by Monday and strong winds and rain Tuesday night through to Thursday/Friday. Looks particularly good for NE England and S Scotland. Might produce that biggie that travels late but alone. Hopefully more than just a Desert Wheatear, maybe even the predicted Tengmalm.
