Tromso, Norway in Jan/Feb (1 Viewer)

Hi folks,

Firstly, I know that the days are short, and bird variety shorter, but I will be visiting next January for a few ostensibly non-birding days.

Does anyone have any up to date advice on local birds, other wildlife, and/or recommendations for Northern Lights and Whale Watching tours.

I won't be hiring a car so local or public transport only.

I've been in the harbour area in December and seen a surprising amount of stuff including King Eiders and WT Eagle.
