Please confirm.

1) Leaning towards female Black Throated Blue even though white handkerchief is minimal.

2-3) Philadelphia Vireo - Yellow on throat and undertail. Dark eye line.

4) Louisiana Waterthrush

5) Not sure. Leaning towards Northern Waterthrush

#1 looks good for a female Black-throated Blue (entire underparts greenish, no wingbars). Philly Vireo is correct. Both of the waterthrushes have dense streaking and buffy superciliums, so I think they're both Northerns.
 
Regarding the 4th photo there was one response for Louisiana and one response for Northern Waterthrush. Would anyone else weigh in?

I think on balance this is Northern. For me the main pro-Louisiana mark is the clear throat. The legs are just visibly and are very dull, nothing like the bright pink you'd expect for Louisiana. Likewise, the streaking is heavy.
