This particular raptor had white underparts with brownish streaking and relatively longer legs with yellow talons. It was eating some bird, and had brownish upperparts ,and whitish mantle. Its size was similar to a black kite, and I'm suspecting it to be either Oriental honey buzzard or bonelli's(or similar) eagle. The photo quality is not good , but I hope you all can offer some valuable inputs.

I think all we can do is rule out Oriental Honey Buzzard, which would not catch and eat a bird, especially of this size. The first image appears to show a pale head with a dark body but the other two are of no use whatsoever. There are a number of possibilities, including Bonelli's Eagle, which does show a white patch on the mantle - see the second image here: http://www.oiseaux-birds.com/card-bonelli-eagle.html.
