I've been successful ion identifying a number of dragonfly species encountered in Cape May, New Jersey in September with the exception of the attached. Several were encountered along the various 'grasslands' next to the woods of Higbee's

Anyone out there familier with New Jersey Dragonflies on September

many thanks in advance

Many thanks, I had looked at that but dismissed as online images of females seemed to show limited black to wing tips. American Dragons not something I’m familiar with but happy to add to my wildlife experience when I travel.

Kind regards
