Family of Three in Panama City, Panama (1 Viewer)

Hello everyone!

I want to start this off by apologizing for the awful pictures, but I was scrambling to get the camera and take them before these beautiful creatures flew off to where I couldn't get a clear picture.

This is right on Panama's Bay (Gulf of Panama); December 9, 2019. We're just starting our dry season here. These three have been flying around and soaring, screeching. What are they called?

Thanks in advance for your help!
