Tanzania

We are looking at getting a group of either four or six together for an 'easy' (ie not much walking) trip to Tanzania at the end of October/start of November this year, about 17 days. It will be organised through a reliable UK company using a good local guide and will include Pemba island, Mikumi NP, the foothills of the Udzungwa mountains (not targeting the endemics there as they are not 'easy'), both east and west Usambara Mountains, Mkomazi NP, Arusha (for larks etc), Tarangire and Ngorongoro.

A group of four would be about 3440 each, and six down to 2950. Single supplement 440. That includes internal flights and all the standard things. The only obvious extras are international flights (current plan flies in to Zanzibar and out of Dar es Salaam) and drinks other than bottled water. Even a group of six would all have a window seat in the 4x4 pop-up roof vehicle.

Anybody interested please send me (Steve) a private message. Currently there are just the two of us definitely interested and another two possibles so two to four spaces available.

Hi Steve,

I am very much interested in your proposed Tanzania trip. I would like to hear more about it. In particular, have you compiled a list of target species and a rough itinerary? You can email me direct at [email protected].

Looking forward to hear from you,

George Wagner
