seen this bird over marsh near duni took pic but was far so not to good but be really interested if know what it is please?

I'd vote for Marsh Harrier. It looks too short winged for an Osprey. Key id would be whether it was trying to catch fish out of the water. If it was, an Osprey would be pretty much it. Or a Marsh Harrier with a serious drink problem.
