We think the very rufous bird in 2 and 3 is Oriental Honey Buzzard, though I have never seen such a colourful one.
The flying bird 4 with the mesial stripe is Crested Goshawk we think
The big pale headed flying raptor photo 1 Changeable (Crested ) Hawk Eagle?

I agree with Crested Hawk Eagle for #1 and OHB for #2-3.

#4 looks like Crested Goshawk but doesn't seem to have much of a yellow cere and I'm puzzled as why it's showing 7 fingers.
 
Surely 4 is as adult Changeable (Crested) Hawk Eagle.

That would explain it!

I hadn't realised that Crested can display both mesial and (sub)moustachial stripes, as in this photo from N India (which would be limnaeetus, I think). I'm more familiar with the pale form.
