However looking at a couple of guides I have and seems like that the plumage is different for a 2cy common gull. And the bill is also somewhat confusing...

The very long legs make me think a Mediterranean Gull; again, a very worn, faded (and perhaps leucistic) first summer. Tough call with these low resolution pics though.
