Hello,
Can we consider the 8x25 IS Canon model a true pocket binocular?
Is it worth the IS stabilizer system in this model?
I have tried the 10x30IS model and it is not pocket.
Thanks Wachi

No.
The 8x25 IS is not a pocket binocular.

They vary in IS quality. A good one is very good indeed.

They take camera batteries.

The optical windows tend to fall out and need glue to reattach them.

Older ones have a different IS system.
