Field guide: Rio - Teresopolis (1 Viewer)

Wildlife Conservation Society Birds of Brazil: The Atlantic Forest of Southeast Brazil, including São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro (WCS Birds of Brazil Field Guides) (Volume 2) Paperback – July 15, 2016
by Robert S. Ridgely (Author), John A. Gwynne (Author), Guy Tudor (Author), Martha Argel (Author)

Available here.

The WCS guide that dacol mentioned is the only option realistically. It is a modern English language guide with good art, maps, and descriptions.

On the other hand, if you really plan to wander no further afield than the Serra dos Órgãos, then this guide might be all that you need: https://www.irmaosmello.com.br/livro

Unfortunately, the text in red informs that there are only a few copies left and these are all held at REGUA.

But, the Ridgely et al. guide is, as Dalcio and Josh have said, the best there is to the (much) wider region.
