Western? Gull, Los Angeles

Hello!

Photographed this gull on a beach in Los Angeles in July. Looked a bit different from the default Western Gull there: paler and weaker.
Is it still a Western Gull or anything else?

Do 'Olympic' Gulls (hybrid Western x Glaucous-winged) get this far south?

They are uncommon here but yes.
